Celebrate Mozart’s Birthday at Mozart’s Restaurant, Bakery and Piano Café!

Make your way to Mozart’s (4784 N High St. Columbus) for the 24th Annual Mozart Festival and Open House in honor of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart’s 263rd Birthday this Saturday Jan 26 from 12 – 8 p.m.

Mozart’s annual birthday celebration is a way to say, ‘Thank You!’ to this amazing Austrian restaurant’s loyal customers. Celebrate with live music throughout the day, delicious pastry samples handcrafted by our talented chefs, a magnificent piano-shaped birthday cake, ‘Little Mozart,’ and a very special Chief Guest.

Continuing the tradition of showcasing local nonprofits working to make a positive impact in the city, Mozart’s is excited to introduce longtime Clintonville resident Duane Casares, LISW-S, CEO of Directions for Youth & Families, as Chief Guest for this year’s celebration.

Directions for Youth & Families has grown to be one of the leading mental and behavioral health providers to Central Ohio youth and their families.  The agency was recognized as the 2017 United Way Champion of Children.  Nationally, Duane has been a leader in advancing trauma-informed care. He has spoken at the White House and for many other organizations about trauma-informed care and his agency’s outreach model.  Duane also gives back to the community through his service with Maple Grove United Methodist Church, as well as several local and national organizations.

‘Little Mozart’ William Messner, 13, is in the 8th grade at Olentangy Orange Middle School.  Will has studied piano with Dr. Antoine Clark at Music Royale for several years.  He is a member of the Orange Vocal Ensemble at Orange Middle School. In addition to music, Will plays soccer for the Classic Eagles Rampage and tennis for Orange Middle School and Highland Lakes.   In his free time Will also loves to spend time with friends and family… and of course play video games!
