The Wooks and The Way Down Wanderers at Woodlands Tavern

Are you ready for a foot-stompin’ sing-along, Cleveland?

Enjoy live music from The Wooks and The Way Down Wanderers at Woodlands Tavern (1200 West Third Avenue Cleveland) this Friday Dec 28 at 8 p.m.

The Wooks translate the sights and sounds of the people, hills, bars, roads, and creeks around them into songs and shows that captivate. With both respect for their heritage and innovative originality, The Wooks are the natural evolution of a sound that has always been there.

Equal parts fast-paced and soulful, 5-piece modern-folk Americana act, The Way Down Wanderers, draw listeners in with energy, originality and soulful generosity.

Playing, performing and writing together for just 3 short years, the Wanderers have built an enthusiastic and fast-growing following. Youthful and professionally trained, these young men captivate audiences with soaring instrumentals and a lively stage show. They have created a buzz for themselves with their unplugged, off-stage encores and propensity for performing self-titled, “restSTOMPS” – free acoustic sets at rest & truck stops along their tour routes.

The band’s debut, self-titled album, produced by Mike Marsh of the Avett Brothers and recorded at Sonic Ranch in El Paso TX, is now available wherever music is sold.

Tickets for this all-ages show are $12 and can be purchased at https://www.ticketweb.com/event/the-wooks-the-way-woodlands-tavern-tickets/8823995?pl=wood&REFID=wood.

Get out this Friday and enjoy some upbeat tunes from The Wooks and The Way Down Wanderers!
