Are you ready to connect with your inner artist this weekend?

Franklinton Arts District is hosting their 4th Annual Art for Franklinton on Saturday May 19 from 7-10 p.m. at the Columbus Idea Foundry (421 W State St Columbus).

This event will feature panels from Urban Scrawl, an annual two-day festival hosted by the Franklinton Arts District. The fundraiser will feature both a silent auction and live auction, as well as food and entertainment.

Proceeds will benefit the George Bellows Grant Program, which funds the enhancement of arts, culture, collaboration, and community in the emerging arts hub of Franklinton.

Since 2008, the Franklinton Arts District has worked to advance the vibrant arts atmosphere in Franklinton, by providing opportunities to artists and art lovers through events such as Urban Scrawl. It provides bold and innovative opportunities to artists and art enthusiasts through specialized programming, festivals, and exhibitions, and it connects residents, businesses, and local organizations to promote energetic collaboration in the arts.

Tickets for this event are only $35 and can be purchased online at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/art-for-franklinton-2018-tickets-44144195477?aff=efbeventtix.
